60th Government of the Italian Republic

As we all know, Italian governments don’t last long. Here is then our modest proposal for the new Italian government, a government in 3D: durable, determined and, most of all, strong (well, the third D got lost in translation).

According to the typical Italian chauvinist tradition, there won’t be too much room for women. As a matter of fact, there will be only one, but look at which seat she’s got!

Update (23.2.2007 11:10): Talks are still on going, possible modifications (and addition of ministries) are expected in the following hours

Update (27.2.2007 22:17):  Despite useful and fruitful consultations, the President of the Italian Republic has decided not to sack the present government. And that’s a pity, if he had read what kind of government we had built up, maybe he would have chosen otherwise. Therefore our government will go underground. We like darkness anyway.

    Miei cari ministri, nel mentre che, assieme al disonorevole Raffaello Tesi detto Cippa, sto reimpastando i vari seggi manco fosse pasta per pane, vi dò il benvenuto al Premiato Governo Lessandra I.
    Più pizza per tutti! Più soprassata per tutti! (la mortadella pare stia passando di moda…) e soprattutto vi DICO: Piu’ F.I.G.A. per tutti! (Facilitazioni per Ingegneri e Guadagni Assicurati)!!!

    Attenzione che secondo Robecchi su il Manifesto ci sono altri governi che minacciano il NS:

    Governo dei saggi. Si cercano freneticamente dei saggi o perlomeno dei normodotati, ma la classe politica della sinistra si trova improvvisamente a corto di nomi.

    Governo a sorteggio. Una grande lotteria abbinata al festival di Sanremo deciderà il prossimo capo del governo. Febbrili trattative per gli abbinamenti ma anche grossi rischi. Con Rossi e Turigliatto abbinati ad Al Bano si rischierebbe una crisi del Festival.

    Interim vescovile. Grazie all’astensione di Giulio Andreotti carrozzato Pininfarina, la Cei ha offerto al governo italiano una soluzione veloce e indolore: un governo monocolore formato solo da vescovi. I porporati-ministri saranno tutti sposati ed eterossessuali, per cui la pratica sui diritti delle coppie di fatto verrà automaticamente archiviata.

    Sì, ma a nessuno è venuto in mente un governo come innostro. Oltre alla 3D, aggiungo l’acronimo TFW (da leggersi tiefdàbliu): no thrills, no frills, no wankers
