Pegaso’s service history

Raffaello Tesi

I bought my Aprilia Pegaso back in January 1997, and I never kept track of the services, as I have had many other thoughts in mind, which basically means that I’m of that lazy kind.

However, now it’s time to collect what I’ve got left of the things that happened to my bike, and put them in a list, so that I can keep thinking that 200.000 km are not that far away. The list starts from 2003, and without an exact amount of km, as my mechanic didn’t write them down at that time. I suppose however it must have been around 70 000, as I brough my Pegaso to Finland in 2001 with around 60 000 km already gone under the wheels.

Two jumps in a week,
I bet you think that’s pretty clever
don’t you boy.
Flying on your motorcycle,
watching all the ground
beneath you drop.
